How are you going to ring in the new year?

Are you tired of making the resolution to lose weight every year but never actually sticking with it until you reach your goal weight? Every year millions of people promise themselves that this will be the year that they finally lose weight and they start a new diet plan on January 1. Sadly very few actually stick with their new diet and reach their goal.

Why is that? Because most people choose a diet plan that is unlivable over the long term. Even if a diet “works” (as far as helping you lose weight) it doesn’t really do you any lasting good unless you can stick with it all the way until you reach your goal weight.

That’s why I so highly recommend that this time you choose a diet that not only works but that you can also stick with for good. That’s what I believe The Day Off Diet is.

What’s so special about The Day Off Diet? Well as it’s name implies it includes a built in “day off” from dieting. Every week you will be able to take one day off (most choose Friday or Saturday.) On that day you can literally eat and drink anything you want! This is a great way of satisfying any cravings you may have built up during your other 6 days of following the special diet rules that make The Day Off Diet so effective.

By allowing you to satisfy your cravings, you are far less likely to give up on your diet like you do on other diets.

But there’s more to this “day off” than just making it easier to stick with your diet. It also actually makes your diet more effective. It’s been found that a weekly “calorie spike” actually boosts your metabolism and causes you to lose fat faster. So not only is The Day Off Diet easier to stick with, it’s also far more effective at helping you lose weight in the first place.
