Training on a snowy day.
Hey guys and gals,
Another great day of killing it in the gym. The one thing that really makes being a trainer worthwhile is seeing someone kick the door in on a training plateau or mental block. I know how hard it is to overcome emotional eating and bad habits.
Long boring cardio is a thing of the past. Remember, jump on the treadmill, stair stepper, bike or elliptical and get your heart rate up to your 75%-80% MHR and stay there for a good 15-20 minutes 5x a week along with weight training 3x a week and I guarantee that your body will change.
The holidays are coming up, are you making plans to not go overboard on the goodies? Remember, those who fail to plan, plan to fail. I hope your all doing well and killing it in the gym.
